S&M Barbie here is getting all kinds of backlash!! Based on a DC comics character, Black Canary Barbie is having lots of fun punishing all those religious groups that are giving her shit!

Aside from the teacher Barbie with no underwear, I never thought I would see a Barbie I acutally wanted to buy.

Once again, I am proven wrong.

My Biggest Regret

To Do List

The thought of simplifying things has really been on my mind lately. I know that things here in my life now are not really as complicated as I make them out to be, but you wouldn't know that by the way the thoughts get jumbled up in my head.

I will never understand how things seem to get so mixed up in my mind, but for now, I'll blame it on lack of sleep. However, I have come to a few realizations lately that I will share.

1. I refuse to think that I am less of a woman because I do not consider cleaning on my top ten list of things to do. Society seems to think that once a woman reaches a certain age, she suddenly has an uncontrollable desire to scrub toilets. umm..no.

2. I do the things I want to do. I may not have time to do them all, but I can only do so much. I will not feel guilty because there are not 42 hours in a day.

3. I do not feel the desire to defend my position on any of the following: religion, men, philosophy, art, politics or ninjas. I have an opinion, and if you want it, I will tell you, but I am not going to argue with you about it, and I am not going to try to win you over. You should do the same.

4. I do not feel like a freak because I have a list of things to do before I die like skydiving, learning to fly a plane and driving a zamboni and not things like raising four children, getting a set of matching china and finding a man.

I am who I am poeple. And even though I live in the south..where I am considered an outcast of society because of all of the above, I will continue to be myself. Whether here, right now...or when I am 82 and feeding the goats on Zendik farms.

It's amazing what you see on late night infomercial TV, but I surely thought this one was a joke. Until I realized, in horror, that the number didn't begin with the classic 555. (link)
